Accordingly, training needs are determined jointly by employees and their managers, taking into account the professional and personal development of the employees, their current and potential duties, and are met within the framework of annual training plans created throughout the company.

Recruitment Process

If there is a need for personnel, the qualifications required by the position are determined by the Human Resources Department and the recruitment process is initiated via the internet and / or LinkedIn postings. Incoming applications are evaluated and candidates are evaluated through interviews with human resources, relevant managers and the general manager. Successful candidates are placed in suitable positions. The result of the interview is definitely notified to each candidate interviewed.

Candidates are also expected to have the following qualifications along with the competencies required by the positions. Knowledge of a foreign language and military service for men are our basic criteria.
