Energy Transmission Lines

Mina Galvaniz deals with the design and production of all kinds of Energy Transmission Lines and Distribution Towers between 11kV – 400 kV. It can realize all kinds of tower design and manufacturing projects with its own experienced staff. In addition, in case of any request; Load tests can be applied to towers at internationally certified and authorized test stations. Besides; In our factory, tower manufacturing can be made optionally according to customer design. And also if there are shortcomings such as lack of workshop drawings, manufacturing operation cards; these can be completed by our engineering department.

In case of applying a new tower design; Prototypes of the towers are necessarily produced and assembled. After all project details have been checked and all revisions are processed (if any); then the mass production phase is started.

The towers are manufactured on fully automated CNC machines in accordance with the relevant international standards and customer specifications, galvanized, packaged and delivered to the desired destination as desired by the customer. Tower of the domestic market in Turkey as well as to many countries abroad in large quantities in the production and shipment is made.
